Resolution 72
Resolution 72 presents a collection of garments made from digitally printed textiles which were created in a continuation of the previous project called Data tex-styles. Whilst Data tex-styles focused on detail, structure and experiment, Resolution 72 employs specially created application to scan an interior and its architectonical elements. The author decided to scan the interior of her own home to emphasise the differences in the perception of the machine and a human. The optics of technology transforms such personal space into an unknown, neutral and visually appealing image without any specific elements. Resolution 72 is a collection of digital prints on textiles which were engineered as a placed print designed for a specific garment. The collection consists of two colorways and various prints printed on different fabric qualities.
